Meet your homeowner advocate

Why ProjectSide started in Southern Oregon.

I’m Tawnee. We help homeowners organize roofing, solar and HVAC bids around what matters to them. You should understand what you’re agreeing to and feel comfortable asking questions before you hire.

Taking care of people comes first.

Over nearly two decades in sales, including leading teams in solar, roofing and HVAC, I saw how much could happen across a homeowner’s kitchen table that they weren’t prepared for. Financing fees tucked into prices. Incentives presented in misleading ways. Pressure to sign before there was time to ask questions or get another bid.

I wouldn’t sell that way. But I wanted to do more than handle my own sales differently. When I helped friends and family compare bids, I knew what to ask and where an offer needed a closer explanation. ProjectSide brings that help to more homeowners.

Why this matters to me.

There’s one homeowner I still think about. I was helping her get solar for her home. Before the solar could go in, the company upgraded the electrical service to her barn. Only afterward did they tell her the financing we’d selected was no longer available.

The company hadn’t confirmed the financing before starting the work. She was left with the electrical upgrade, no solar and a bill for work she would not otherwise have needed. She had trusted the people helping her. Watching her carry the cost of their mistake stayed with me.

I want ProjectSide to give homeowners someone to talk those questions through with, before they feel pushed into a decision. By getting the details together upfront, we can help cut down on repeat visits and sales conversations, while keeping your priorities in focus.

Southern Oregon is home.

Southern Oregon is home. I’m raising my daughter here, and I want homeowners in this community to feel supported when they make a big decision. Taking care of your home shouldn’t mean getting taken advantage of. You deserve clear options, fair pricing and someone in your corner before you sign.
