Decide what you won’t give up
We agree on the work you need and where you can be flexible. A lower price is no help if it quietly removes something important.
Homeowner support · Southern Oregon
You shouldn’t have to handle the difficult conversation alone. With Full Advocacy, we take your priorities back to contractors for one final negotiation round on price, included work, warranty and timing. You decide whether the revised offer works for you.
We handle the details and coordinate the bids, so you spend less time repeating yourself. Want us at an estimate visit? Optional Full Advocacy includes one local visit when needed. Contractors assess the work and prepare their quotes.

A question we can help with
Yes. We can ask for a better offer while keeping the work you need on the table. Full Advocacy includes one final negotiation round. The contractor may lower the price, improve other terms, suggest an alternative or keep the offer as it is.
We let participating contractors know they have a chance to win your project based on what matters to you. Before we negotiate, we clarify what each bid includes and where you want a better offer. That might mean price, a clearer warranty or timing that works for your household.
We agree on the work you need and where you can be flexible. A lower price is no help if it quietly removes something important.
We ask for improvements to the price, included work, warranty and schedule in one final round. We use real competing offers and your priorities. We can’t promise a contractor will say yes.
We compare the revised offer with the earlier bid. If a model changes, work disappears or warranty coverage gets shorter, you should know before you agree.
Is this the help you need?
That’s a reason to bring us in. We handle the final negotiation after we understand the offers. If someone is pushing a “today only” price, tell us. We’ll discuss your options without treating pressure as a reason to skip the details.
Prepare for the conversation
Already have a favorite contractor? Tell us why. Share the price, work or timing you want changed and any written deadline. We’ll check whether there’s time to clarify the bids and negotiate. We can’t promise an extension or an immediate reply.
What this support includes
One final negotiation round is included in $499 Full Advocacy. Free Bid Coordination does not include direct negotiation. Competitive bidding may create savings that help offset our fee, but savings that cover our fee are not guaranteed.
Compare service options and feesExperience on your side
We bring nearly two decades of sales experience, including leading roofing, solar and HVAC teams. We use that experience to keep the negotiation focused on your priorities. Contractor compensation is disclosed, and you decide whether to accept the offer.
Meet TawneeWe can’t promise a dollar amount or percentage. It depends on the starting price, the work, competing offers and what the contractor is willing to change. We explain the result so you can decide whether the offer works for you.
Those topics are part of the final round. A contractor must agree to any change and put it in writing. We cannot alter a manufacturer’s warranty on their behalf.
The disclosed success fee is fixed for that opportunity and offered equally to participating contractors. A higher winning price does not automatically increase it. See our pricing page for the payment conditions. The contractor pays this fee. It is not added to your agreed contract price and does not change that price.
