An opportunity beyond your usual reach.
Be considered by a homeowner who may never have contacted your company. We share a clear brief so you can decide whether the work, location and timing fit before investing in an estimate.
Southern Oregon contractor network · Roofing, solar & HVAC
A chance at a project you might never have seen without another full sales presentation. Most homeowners who come to us already have a bid they’re considering. We help them explore their options, giving your company a chance to be considered when your work, pricing and availability fit their needs.
We work directly with your estimating contact and handle the homeowner’s questions. Your estimator assesses the work and prepares the offer, while your sales reps stay focused on other customers. Less time on repeat consultations. A chance to win work you might otherwise miss.
Introduce your company. We’ll discuss fit, standards and participation before any homeowner introduction.
Homeowner advocacy is our main job
The homeowner may have been ready to hire someone else before finding us. We put their needs into a clear request and invite suitable contractors to submit a written offer. You get a chance to show why your company fits, while we help the homeowner save time, understand the options and seek better value.
Be considered by a homeowner who may never have contacted your company. We share a clear brief so you can decide whether the work, location and timing fit before investing in an estimate.
Work directly with us through your estimator, owner or designated contact. We handle the homeowner’s questions and coordination, helping reduce the need for another sales presentation while your sales reps focus on other customers. Your team still assesses the work and prepares the quote.
Show how your company meets the homeowner’s needs with a clear scope, competitive price and the strengths that set you apart. Our goal is to save the homeowner time and money. They choose who gets the job.
We review your company and discuss whether the network is a good fit. Applying does not guarantee approval, a public listing or work.
A simpler way to work through the estimate
We step in for the homeowner to organize their priorities and questions before your team prepares an offer. That means less time spent repeating consultations and a clearer conversation with your estimator.
Assign an estimator, owner or other knowledgeable contact who can explain the proposal and reach the person who approves pricing. We manage the communication around the homeowner’s needs. Your team handles the technical assessment and decisions about your offer.
If this process reduces your selling costs, we want that efficiency reflected in a competitive offer for the homeowner.
Any savings depend on your process and the project. Technical visits may still be needed, and your existing sales compensation arrangements remain your responsibility. We do not promise that commissions disappear or that every project costs less.
Who we want to meet
We’re building relationships with contractors across these trades. Tell us which services you actually offer so we can discuss the right opportunities.
Roof replacement, leak repairs, inspections and maintenance. Asphalt shingles, metal and flat or low-slope systems.
New solar, battery backup, system repairs and monitoring support. Panel removal and reinstallation for roofing projects.
Heating and cooling replacements, heat pumps, ductless systems and ductwork. Diagnostics, repairs and maintenance.
Take smaller service calls? Let us know. Our usual focus is planned projects of $7,000 or more, and we’re learning which repair and maintenance requests our network can support.
How network participation works
Share your services, coverage, availability and the strengths you can demonstrate. Name the person who will review project briefs, answer questions and coordinate pricing decisions.
For a potential match, review the initial brief and exact success fee. Before an introduction, we complete screening, the participation agreement and secure payment authorization. The success fee is not charged at this stage.
With the homeowner’s permission, we coordinate the introduction and estimate arrangements. Your team assesses the work and provides price, scope, exclusions, warranty and timing in writing. We gather questions and coordinate replies. Other contractors may also bid.
The homeowner signs your contract and pays you directly. Report the signed agreement and initial deposit. Once both are confirmed, your agreed success fee becomes due.
Know the cost before bidding
Our fixed contractor success fee is $750 to $2,500, based on expected project size. You receive the exact amount before bidding. Every participating contractor on the same opportunity is offered the same fee. You pay this fee; it must not be added to or change the homeowner’s agreed contract price.
The fee becomes due after the homeowner signs your agreement and you receive the initial deposit. During the pilot, we send an invoice notice before collecting the fee under your separate card authorization.
A higher winning price does not automatically increase the fee. Paying a fee does not buy preferred placement.
How we’re paidGood work starts with clear expectations
We look for clear proposals, dependable communication and respect for the homeowner’s time.
When bids are requested, we check required credentials and available disciplinary information. You remain responsible for your proposals, agreements and work. We coordinate and advocate for the homeowner.
