Three bids. No homeowner fee.

One quote shouldn’t be your only option because you’re short on time. Tell us what you need. We put it into one clear request, contact contractors and aim to bring you three written bids.

  • One clear description of the work you need
  • We contact contractors in our network
  • We screen contractors as we request bids
  • We send you the written offers that come back

Three bids are our target, subject to contractor availability and whether the project is a fit. Before we begin, we explain how long we’ll collect bids and what happens if fewer than three come back.

You review the bids yourself. Comparison, recommendations and negotiation are part of Full Advocacy. You don’t have to add it.

Understand the bids. Ask for a better deal.

Full Advocacy

$499

We compare the bids, get answers about missing details and put our recommendation in writing. Then we negotiate scope and price in one final round to seek the best offer for the work you need.

  • We contact contractors and handle questions before you choose
  • We compare what’s included and clear up what’s missing
  • We negotiate price, what’s included, warranty and timing in one final round
  • Our recommendation in writing and help connecting with your chosen contractor
  • One local visit when needed. We step in for you, so you spend less time in repeat consultations

Your fee could be covered by savings.*

A better offer may help offset the fee, but savings are not guaranteed.

Start free. Decide what help you need. Add Full Advocacy for $499 if you want us to compare the bids, recommend an option and negotiate.

*Competitive bidding and negotiation can help lower project costs. A lower price, savings that cover our fee and the number of bids aren’t guaranteed. Negotiation is included with Full Advocacy.

Agree on the scope first

Know what you’re paying for.
Before you pay.

We help with planned roofing, heating and cooling, and solar projects across our Southern Oregon service areas. We focus on projects expected to cost at least $7,000, where you plan to choose a contractor within about 90 days. Availability depends on your project and participating contractors.

Planning other contracting work? Choose “Other project” in the intake. We will discuss where our bidding and comparison expertise can help before we begin.

Full Advocacy includes one local visit when needed in Jackson or Josephine County.

Before we start, we agree on what we’ll do, how long we’ll collect bids and what happens if fewer offers come back. We step in to share your project details and coordinate with contractors, helping you spend less time in repeat consultations. Contractors may still need to assess the property before giving a written price.

You choose the contractor, sign their agreement and pay them directly. They’re responsible for doing the work.

Know who pays us

How we’re
paid.

Free Bid Coordination costs you nothing. You pay $499 only if you choose Full Advocacy. If you hire a participating contractor, they also pay us a fixed success fee after you sign their agreement and they receive your initial deposit. The contractor pays this fee. It is not added to your agreed contract price and does not change that price.

Every participating contractor on the same opportunity is offered the same fee, and it does not increase simply because the winning price is higher.

A contractor can’t pay to move to the front or buy our recommendation. Full Advocacy includes our comparison and recommendation. You always decide who gets the job.

If a material change in project scope requires a different contractor fee before revised bidding, we and the contractor must agree to that fee in writing. That fee agreement does not change your contract price. Any change to your contracted work or price must be agreed separately between you and your contractor.

Choosing your support

A few questions
before we talk.

I already have bids. Which service do I need?

If you need more written options, start with free bid coordination. If you already have bids and want help understanding the differences or negotiating, discuss Full Advocacy. Bring your proposals to the free call.

What does paid Full Advocacy add?

Free delivery gets you the bids. Full Advocacy adds help checking what’s included, getting answers, negotiating and choosing a contractor. We put our recommendation in writing and help you connect with the contractor you choose. If you’d rather handle that yourself, our free homeowner guides explain the process.

Does free bid coordination include negotiating my quote?

No. Direct negotiation is included in Full Advocacy, with one final round on price, scope, warranty and timing. Free Bid Coordination covers outreach and delivery of written proposals only.

Can I start free and add negotiation later?

Yes. Full Advocacy is an optional $499 service. We agree on the extra help you want before you pay. You can also use the delivered bids without buying Full Advocacy.

Do I pay to book the consultation?

No. The initial 5-minute call is free, with no obligation to buy. Bid delivery stays free. Payment is required only if you choose Full Advocacy, after we agree on its scope.

Will the savings cover my fee?

They may, but we cannot promise that. Competitive bidding and negotiation can create opportunities for a lower price or better value. Results vary, and negotiation is included with Full Advocacy.
