What happens when you contact us.
We use the details you send to respond to your request and help coordinate the next step. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Homeowner requests.
Our form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, project type, project description, bid status, timing and preferred way to talk. The request is emailed to ProjectSide, and we send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
We use these details to review your request, contact you and discuss bid coordination or homeowner advocacy. When we coordinate bids, we discuss the project information contractors need with you. Sending the form does not hire a contractor or commit you to Full Advocacy.
Contractor applications.
We collect the company, contact, estimating, service area, availability and other business information entered in the application. We use it to review fit for our network and contact you about participation. You receive an email confirming that we received the application.
Applying does not create a public profile, approve your company or authorize a charge. If you express interest in a directory profile, we discuss the listing and permission separately.
The services that handle your request.
Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions. Resend delivers the notification and confirmation emails. ProjectSide receives and manages email in Google Workspace. These services also process routine delivery, connection and security information needed to operate their services.
If you book a call, Google Calendar collects the booking details and sends appointment confirmations and updates. A website request and a booked appointment are separate steps.
Our estimator may open a separate tool with its own data handling notice. Review that notice before entering an address or using an external lookup.

Questions, corrections or removal requests.
Form submissions create email records, so closing your browser does not delete a request already sent. Contact hello@getprojectside.com to ask what information we have, correct a detail or request removal. We will explain what can be removed and any records needed for ongoing work or applicable requirements.
You can also call 541-200-4582. If you received a confirmation for a request you did not submit, you can ignore it or let us know.
