A low quote tells you little if it leaves out work you need. We start with your project, budget, timing and any bids you already have. Contractors get the same starting point and can explain alternatives or anything they need to check before giving a price.

Our focus is planned projects around $7,000 or more, with a contractor decision expected within about 90 days. Tell us if your timing or project is different so we can discuss fit.

Can I use you if I already contacted contractors?
Yes. Tell us who you’ve spoken with and what they’ve sent. We’ll discuss where another bid could help, without repeating work you’ve already done.
Will every contractor need to come to my house?
Not necessarily, but they decide what conditions they must verify. We can help you prepare for visits and keep the request focused; we cannot promise that an existing estimate replaces a site assessment.
Does free bid coordination include negotiating with contractors?
No. Direct negotiation is part of Full Advocacy. Free Bid Coordination gives you coordinated written proposals for free. Comparison and recommendations are also part of Full Advocacy.
