Another estimate shouldn’t take over your schedule. With Full Advocacy, we can step in for you at one local visit when needed, keep your questions in the conversation and help clarify the next steps. We share the details upfront so you spend less time in repeat consultations. The contractor assesses the work and prepares the quote.

A question we can help with
We help you set expectations before the appointment: what needs checking, which questions need answers and when you want to finish. With Full Advocacy, we can step in for you at one local visit when needed. We help keep the conversation focused to save you time, though the contractor may still need your input and time to assess the work.
Contractors may need to measure, see the property or check equipment before pricing the job. That doesn’t mean you have to decide during the appointment. We help you plan what to ask, who needs to be there and how to get the complete offer in writing.

Keep bringing the conversation back to your project. Ask what’s included and what’s optional. Have upgrades priced separately so you can decide whether you want them.
Check that the written bid matches the conversation. Promises about cleanup, warranty or extra work should be written down before you rely on them.
Is this the help you need?
Tell us if a previous appointment felt pushy, you’re unsure what to ask or several contractors want to visit. We’ll help you prepare and discuss whether having us there would help. You stay in charge of when you decide.
Prepare for the conversation
Share the proposed appointment dates so we can check availability and whether a local visit is needed. Existing bids and safely accessible photos help us prepare. We attend to support your buying decision; this is not a technical inspection, engineering assessment or construction supervision.
